Movie Storyline/ Plot
Anil Chandra and Bhamini Chandra are a married couple that enjoys a nice life with their housekeeper Durga and has a daughter named Kunjatta from Anil’s first marriage. Anil, a former software engineer who lost his job, starts working as a taxi driver to make ends meet. But after an accident leaves Anil with a broken leg, Bhamini takes over his work and starts managing the family’s finances. Bhamini’s supervisor instructs her to pick up a passenger by the name of Lucky Singh from the airport as she prepares to depart to mark their first wedding anniversary. On the walk home, Bhamini meets Lucky Singh, who tells her his story and explains that he is in the city to sell an apartment that belongs to his father.

She later finds out that the lawyer was a fraud. DGP Chandrashekhar instructs Joseph and Mariyam to present Bhamini in court in the meantime. Unknown men ambush the caravan and kidnap Bhamini as they approach the court. When the police bring in Lucky Singh, it turns out that he is IPS Shivdev Subramaniam, whose job it was to apprehend Bhamini. When Shivdev shows up at the commissioner’s office, he confesses that Bhamini’s real name is Rebecca, and she was the one who killed the three men along with a covert accomplice. They were always getting killed on their first wedding anniversaries. Shivdev informed Anil of Rebecca’s misdeeds after learning that Anil was Rebecca’s next intended victim; Anil then helped in the capture of the suspects. Rebecca was hired as a cab driver by Shivdev, who also arranged for her to pick him up at the airport.
