Our Final Review
The movie “Love Today” was made out of practicality because both Uthaman and Nikita have individual histories. Despite this, they appear to still be gloriously sexless. This aspect of relationships is neatly avoided by director Pradeep, and the movie suffers from its naiveté. Okay, I get it. As long as “Love Today” fulfills its intended function as a lighthearted comedy, you shouldn’t go in expecting answers to these questions. But is that asking too much? You wonder if there is anything modern about a movie that professes to be about contemporary relationships. You cannot, however, be upset since the 2K Kids are amused.
